Macro Minerals and Trace Elements in Milk of Dairy Buffaloes and Cows Reared in Mediterranean Areas

Aim of this study was to evaluate the differences in Ca, P, K, Na, Mg, Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, Se, Mo, Co, Li, B, Ti, Rb, and Sr concentrations milk from buffaloes cows reared same farm Mediterranean areas fed diets including ingredients. Individual samples were obtained 32 29 Italian Friesian milk, dietary ingredients drinking water analyzed for investigated chemical elements by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry. Data about element processed one-way analysis variance. Buffalo contains higher Sr, lower Rb compared cow whereas both species similar Co. The diet observed between buffalo not dependent on environmental factors.
